To actively promote upward social mobility through skills acquisition,
and re-orientation centered around improving living conditions and facilitating sustainable wealth creation.

To create an enabling environment for school leavers and working age groups to become employable
and able to compete on a level playing field in the global job market and value creation.
Skill Acquisition Program
We facilitate vocational and professional training for individuals and communities to improve skills
required in sectors lagging behind in human capacity,
promote literacy for financial inclusion, and provide mentorship through internships.
Employment program
We partner with companies in various sectors to assimilate successful candidates on
our training programs into full-time employment, internship, and work experience.
SME Support
We support small business owners with professional advice and services to assist them run their businesses without bureaucratic bottlenecks.
We also provide grants for traders and help raise finance for structured SMEs.
